- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Certain items such as intimate products, custom-made items, or clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@combiy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
